* The transformation package includes nutrition coaching and two in person workouts a week at Active8 Gym in Slough. A regular weekly check in call to analyse progression along with 24/7 support where required. About 12 weeks is a minimum to see results, however, please remember the results will depend on the level of discipline applied. If you want to see the view, you've got to climb the mountain. Results are always earned, they're not given.
